The BiH chapter of “Women in 3D Printing” was launched to foster the inclusion of women in the field of additive manufacturing and promote gender diversity in STEM and digital fabrication. Inspired by the global movement that began in 2014, the local initiative aims to empower women through education, networking, and exposure to technologies such as 3D printing.
The program includes workshops, mentorship opportunities, and community engagement to bridge the gender gap in tech. It highlights diverse professional backgrounds and encourages cross-industry innovation, aligning with the values of inclusivity and sustainable development. Through collaboration with FabLab BiH, women will gain access to tools, knowledge, and a supportive environment where they can develop skills and explore entrepreneurial or creative paths.
