InnoXcellerate is an inclusive innovation initiative designed to support the transition of MSMEs, startups, and underrepresented groups—including women-led and youth-led businesses—toward a sustainable digital and green economy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Recognizing the disproportionate challenges faced in rural and underserved regions, the project takes a decentralized approach to reach beneficiaries where support is needed most.
At the heart of the project is the establishment of both fixed and mobile Innovation Labs, which serve as local hubs for hands-on training, prototyping, and demonstration of green and digital technologies. These labs provide practical, real-world access to modern tools and expertise that are typically unavailable to MSMEs in these areas.
By improving accessibility and offering targeted support, InnoXcellerate fosters innovation capacity, improves competitiveness, and enables sustainable business development across BiH. It contributes directly to closing the digital divide and promoting equitable access to the green economy.
This project is part of the EU Support for Private Sector Development in BiH (EU4PSD), co-funded by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
