GREENBRIDGE is a strategic project focused on supporting the twin transition—green and digital—across the Western Balkans through improved vocational education and training (VET). Driven by the ambitions of the European Green Deal, the project addresses growing workforce needs by equipping VET providers in non-associated third countries with the capacity to deliver responsive, future-ready training programs. The goal is to bridge the gap between labor market demands and workforce capabilities in sustainability and digitalization.
GREENBRIDGE develops tools, knowledge resources, and institutional strategies for VET institutions to implement quality curricula focused on green energy, circular economy, resource efficiency, and digital transformation. The project also promotes regional collaboration, innovation in pedagogy, and stronger ties between education and industry, ultimately accelerating the region’s pathway to competitive and resilient economies.
