In 2024, FabLab BiH supported Platinium d.o.o., a marketing and promotion agency, in its digital transformation journey by implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The project aimed to streamline internal processes, enhance communication with clients, and enable more effective segmentation, reporting, and sales management.
After analyzing the company’s pain points, including disorganized client tracking, manual data entry, limited segmentation, and lack of centralized information, FabLab proposed a structured solution. Several CRM platforms were reviewed (HubSpot, Salesforce, ARATEG, Intrix CRM), and Intrix CRM was selected due to its adaptability, local language support, and full feature compatibility with company needs.
The project involved requirement analysis, stakeholder workshops, demo testing, system validation, and employee training. Intrix CRM was successfully integrated, improving team coordination, enhancing client interaction, and enabling further expansion toward a Web Shop and B2C sales.
