The Green Tech Entrepreneurship Challenge Hub (GTECH) project aims to build the capacity of vocational secondary school staff and promote green technology entrepreneurship and innovation among VET providers and students in Bosnia and Herzegovina. GTECH will establish a Challenge Hub – a challenge-based learning platform that will host innovation competitions, connect VET institutions with industrial partners, and provide structured educational content on entrepreneurship and green technologies.
In addition, the project includes international mobility opportunities for VET school staff to Croatia and Slovenia, enabling their professional development in areas such as challenge-based learning, partnership building, and entrepreneurial skills. The project will help modernize vocational training approaches, increase school-industry collaboration, and promote sustainable thinking and innovation in the education ecosystem.
