DIH Forum 2025, to be organized by FabLab Sarajevo, will serve as a strategic platform to accelerate the green and digital transition of SMEs in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The national stream will highlight key financing and support programmes, including EBRD Go Green and Go Digital, the launch of the GIZ/EU Voucher Scheme under SEDEP, and FabLab’s national DIH network for advanced services. The Intellectual Property (IP) Transformation Stream will spotlight upcoming IP legislative reforms aligning BiH with European Patent Office (EPO) standards. This will include insights from the Institute for Intellectual Property of BiH, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the announcement of FabLab’s IP support platform for SMEs.
The forum will also feature a regional innovation session focused on urban mobility and cross-border collaboration, with planned participation from the City of Sarajevo, Centar Municipality, and EIT Urban Mobility, connecting BiH stakeholders to RIS Hub opportunities. The day will conclude with B2B clinics and networking sessions, enabling SMEs to consult directly with support providers. DIH Forum 2025 is expected to directly benefit SMEs, startups, policymakers, DIHs, universities, and IP professionals, and will contribute to BiH’s broader innovation and industrial modernization agenda.
