In early 2024, FabLab BiH supported Rasimgradnja d.o.o. in implementing a digital solution that integrates 3D modeling, customer interaction tracking, and real estate visualization. The solution allows interactive 3D presentation of residential buildings and their proposed interior arrangements, published via the company’s new web platform https://rasimgradnja.com.
The platform enhances customer experience by allowing potential buyers to explore units online, visualize material choices, and request layout modifications during the construction phase. The project included: – Development and testing of a functional software prototype – Integration of interior design proposals for all residential units – Web security and UI redesign – Training of staff for 3D modeling and client communication As a result, the company achieved increased customer engagement, improved presales performance, and better response times to customization requests, leading to higher customer satisfaction and a stronger brand reputation. No implementation risks were reported.
