In 2024, FabLab BiH supported Termotehnika d.d. Tuzla in the digitalization of its internal project and production operations through a comprehensive platform implementation. The project addressed key issues including lack of process visibility, inefficient coordination, and absence of structured documentation. It was carried out in five phases:
– Initial analysis and identification of organizational challenges and bottlenecks
– Implementation of five core systems:
1) project management,
2) inventory tracking,
3) time/work logging,
4) welding quality control,
5) digital document handling,
– Integration of all modules into a centralized framework
– System testing, optimization, and final deployment based on user feedback – Staff training through five specialized modules, covering each newly introduced software system.
As a result, Termotehnika achieved measurable improvements in workflow visibility, cost control, resource efficiency, and decision-making. The systems introduced have enabled real-time tracking of employee output and enhanced coordination between departments. There were no risks or delays reported during the implementation.
