“3D printanje u farmaciji” was an educational project organized by FabLab Sarajevo in cooperation with the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Sarajevo, supported by guest participation from Hemofarm and the Faculty of Pharmacy in Belgrade. The program included a two-day online workshop held on March 17 and 18, featuring lectures by Tatjana Popović from Hemofarm and Prof. Svetlana Ibrić from the University of Belgrade.
The goal was to introduce the use of 3D printing technologies in pharmaceutical sciences, particularly how digital fabrication can be applied to personalized drug production, innovative dosage forms, and pharmaceutical research. The project provided pharmacy students, educators, and industry professionals with access to knowledge on advanced manufacturing technologies, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to innovation in the healthcare and pharma sectors. During the workshops, attendees engaged in theoretical and practical discussions on the topic of the transformative potential of 3D printing in pharmacy.
